John Santore has been working with Unix since 1990 and brings over 10 years of system and network administration experience to bear on client solutions, having worked full time as a systems administrator since 1996. He graduated in 1996 from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (and a minor in Philosophy), and earned his Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001. John also holds Sun Microsystems Network and System Administration certifications.

As a former consultant with Decision Resources, Inc., John provided services to small and medium manufacturing companies, assisting with a variety of system and network platforms, including many versions of Unix and Windows NT. Further, he has served as a systems administrator for several Pittsburgh dot com startup companies, including Internet Securities, Essential Surfing Gear, and eflatbed.com, as well as providing systems admin support for Duquesne University and performing technical DCE/DFS file system support for IBM.
