With knowledge of multiple system environments, we can assist clients running on a broad range of systems. Knowing the “technical details,” however, is only one way we measure expertise. Equally important is the ability to design and maintain a successful consulting relationship. We find that being willing and able to sit down and work out the expectations and details of a consulting engagement is equally critical to our success, and to yours.

Flexibility

At Santore Enterprises, we will do what it takes to create a consulting environment that meets the client’s needs. We can visit a client on short notice, or plan in advance to minimize down time. Small projects and one-time visits are within our purview, but for clients who would prefer more of a support contract setting, we can also design a long-term engagement. We also strive to remain flexible and competitive on pricing. Furthermore, if a client’s project requires skills or resources not immediately available, we will assist the client in finding and coordinating those resources.*

Integrity

We believe that honesty and straightforwardness are an essential part of conducting business. In fact, we do not think that a business can run competently without integrity. Santore Enterprises will always do what we promise, and we back that up. We make sure that if any problems arise, the client hears it from us first. If we encounter an issue cannot be resolved for whatever reason – due to limitations of the existing framework of the client’s environment, or limitations of the consulting agreement – we will work with the client to find a resolution that is fair to everyone involved.*
